Each presenting author is entitled to submit maximum 3 articles (oral or poster) per registration fee.

*Regular : Author or co-author of a contribution

** Students must provide a copy of their student card /  Gala dinner is optionnal

*** Visitor : person who don't have any presentation at IEPC congress / Gala dinner and Carcassonne visit are optionnal

All prices include French V.A.T (20%).

The registration fees include :

• Attendance to all scientific sessions
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (every day, except during the tour day)
• Lunch break
• Welcome Cocktail Party on Sunday 23 June 2024 at Pierre Baudis Congress Center
• IEPC 2024 party sponsored by ENPULSION on Monday 24 June 2024 at Café Oz
• Gala Dinner sponsored by SAFRAN on Wednesday 26 June 2024 at Chateau de Preissac (optional for STUDENT and VISITOR)
• Carcassonne Visit with bus transportation (optional for VISITOR)

Conditions for cancellation
 

Cancellations must be made by writing to iepc2024 @ toulouse-inp.fr (iepc2024 @ toulouse-inp.fr)
The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before 10th May 2024, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after 10th May 2024.
• Any registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, any booking made by purchase order and cancelled after 10th May 2024 must be paid in full.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
